Shri Anil Garg, from the Shiva Group archive

Shri Anil Garg passed away in April 2025. He started out in 1972 with an authorised Bajaj Auto service and spare parts dealership in Ghaziabad, and moved into vehicle sales in 1987. That business grew into the Shiva Auto Group.

Over the following decades he led the group into partnerships with Bajaj, General Motors, Mahindra, Jaguar Land Rover, Triumph, KTM and Bajaj Chetak. Customers, partners and colleagues knew him for his humility, his care for how the business was run and the way he put people first.

His son, Amit Garg, continues the business he built and has taken it into new brands. His values continue to guide the Garg family and everyone at Shiva Group.
