Informed buyers: customers now arrive at the dealership having already done their research online.
The showroom still matters: the physical showroom remains where the decision is made.
Customer data: using data well helps a dealer understand and serve each customer.
AI: AI-assisted customer engagement, and a planned AI-based call centre.
Beyond the sale: staying with the customer through ownership and after-sales, not only at the point of purchase.
He summed up his view in one line: “Digital makes the intent, but the trust is sealed in the showroom.”
