Our Journey
Beginning of the Shiva Group
Shiva Group, born as a Small Business, was started by Mr. Shiv Nandan Lal Garg, by opening a Petrol Pump in Ghaziabad in 1928. Mr. Shiv Nandan Lal Garg, was the Alumni of the First batch of Engineering from Banaras Hindu University (now IIT BHU). The Petrol Pump, still operational, blesses the Shiva Group with the highest sales in the region, and will complete its Centenary (100th Anniversary) in the year 2028.
Rapid Growth of Shiva Group’s Business
Mr. Shiv Nandan Lal Garg’s Son, Mr. Anil Garg, joined the family business after completing his engineering. Mr. Anil Garg first expanded the business into the automotive sector. He strategized the development of the 1st Authorized Service & Spare Parts Dealership for Bajaj Auto in Ghaziabad, in the year 1972.
Fast Forward, 1987, Shiva Group under the Leadership of Mr. Anil Garg, becomes the Authorized Dealership for Sales, Service, & Spare Parts for Bajaj Auto with One more Dealership for Bajaj Auto offered to the Shiva Group in the year 1995.

Mr. Amit Garg, joined the Family Business, after completing his Mechanical Engineering, followed by an MBA in Marketing from the renowned IMT Ghaziabad.
